1. Echo Valley Ranch and Spa | Clinton, BC

We thought we'd take the opportunity to introduce ourselves since we haven't in a long time! We are Amy and Nathan, a couple in their 30's (well almost for Amy) who just got married last month! We met in a hostel in Scotland 5 years ago and our lives have never been the same. We both work online as a copywriter (Amy) and editor (Nathan). It's usually Amy here on social media and in the words of the blog and it's typically Nathan behind the camera. As digital nomads we can work wherever there is wifi. We're always seeking romance and meaningful travel adventures. Thanks for following! ?✨Check out our blog via the link in our bio for stories on couples travel, inspiration for your journey, and more!

What better way to set the mood than your own private jacuzzi on a balcony that overlooks Whistler Village and the surrounding snow-capped mountains? Bring a bottle of champagne, and take a dip in style! In perfect privacy, you can watch people stroll by, ski down the mountain – or ignore them completely and simply take in the views of the majestic mountains!
In the evening, prepare for a romantic night on the town by dining at a 5 star restaurant. Whistler is home to a few of the most highly acclaimed restaurants in all of Canada. Try Araxi Restaurant – which comes highly regarded by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey, or say Amore while you dine at the best Italian restaurant in Whistler, Trattoria di Umberto. Wine connoisseurs, head over to the Rim Rock Cafe & Oyster Bar and sample flavourful wines from their 5 star wine list.
Take a short stroll back to the Sundial Hotel, with the blissful mountains in your sight. They never fail to inspire the most romantic of weekends!

5. Georgetown Inn | Canmore, AB

Wanted to take a bath here, but that would have been weird since it wasn't my room haha *bathrobe emoji*

What’s more romantic than staying in a historic Tudor-style house in a quaint mountain village? You and your partner can spend a nice evening in one of Georgetown Inn’s Victorian-decorated bedrooms with their crackling wood burning fireplaces, soaker tubs and windows with mountain peak backdrops. Run your partner a bubble bath in the soaker tub, with champagne to complement.
In the morning, sit down for one of the best brunches you and your partner may ever have the luxury of experiencing. The Georgetown Inn is home to the Miner’s Lamp Pub, which serves some of the best food in all of Canmore! Sit beside the fireplace, and watch the bartender work his stuff behind the old English bar. Afterwards, stroll the enchanting downtown centre of Canmore. There are plenty of local artisan stores and cafes to discover. But if you’re looking for something a little more adventurous, try going on a nature walk through one of the many trails, including the famous walk along the Bow River. Or, take a 20 minute drive to Banff and watch for wildlife along the way!

6. Walnut Beach Resort | Osoyoos, BC

Thanks again to @bradinator from @township7 for suggesting this place for a quick get-away!

Hoping for some winter sunshine? Your best chance of some warmer weather is a visit to BC’s Okanagan Valley, the only desert in all of Canada. Spend your days exploring vineyards and orchards, sampling famous Okanagan Wine, and dining in restaurants overlooking beautiful Osoyoos Lake.
Walnut Beach is a fabulous couples lakeside resort, with direct access to Palapa Beach. Enjoy a stunning outdoor area that overlooks the lake with sweeping views of the mountains, and take a dip year round in the outdoor heated pool.
There are lots of recreational activities nearby like hiking, skiing, and watersports. However, when in wine country it’s especially important to take a trip to the local vineyards to sample a glass of wine (or two!) overlooking peaceful Osoyoos Lake.
