Modifications & Cancellations

Modifications: You are welcome to modify your reservation at any time.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to assist.

  • Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival (by 4pm based on time zone of the accommodation)
  • Exception: HOLIDAY Period - For arrival between Dec 20, and Dec 31st 
    • Free cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival (by 4pm based on time zone of the accommodation)

Cancellations after the Free Cancellation Period will be subject to a charge of 1 night's stay + taxes.

Your reservation is not cancelled until you have received a cancellation confirmation from us. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 24 hours of your original request, you must contact us again to confirm your cancellation request has been received. If we do not receive your cancellation request by the appropriate notice period, we are unable to offer any refund.

No Shows: If you do not check in on the arrival date specified in your booking summary, and we have not received written notice of your late arrival or cancellation, then we will cancel your reservation and no refund will be available.

Minimum Age

Guests must be a minimum age of 25 years in order to make a reservation, and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. You will be asked to provide photo identification upon check-in. Any reservation made under false pretenses will forfeit all payments, and guests will be escorted from the property.

Check-In

Check-in is available after 4pm. You will pick up your keys from the on-site guest services team upon arrival.  

Check-Out

Check-out time is anytime before 11am.

Pets

This entire resort is strictlty designated as a no pet zone.  Animals are not permitted in any of the properties or on the grounds.  Violations of this policy will result in fines being charged.

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit is required for this property during your stay. This will be processed as a credit card authorization by the on-site guest services team upon check-in. The value will be equivalent to the number of nights your staying multiplied by $50. This deposit will be released after your departure, provided there is no damage, no items missing, or extra cleaning required.  The credit card used for the pre-authorization must belong to the person occupying the unit.

Property Damage

You must notify us, or the on-site guest services team, of any damage to the property, contents, fixtures or fittings which occurs during your stay, even if you regard the damage as minimal or normal wear and tear or if you do not believe the damage is your fault. If you do not notify us or the on-site guest services team, you will be held responsible for such damage and charged for the full replacement cost.

In the event that excess cleaning is required to return the property to its arrival condition, you will be held responsible for the full cleaning costs. which may be in addition to any damage deposit you have paid.

You authorize us or the on-site guest services team to charge any excess cleaning or property damage repairs to the credit card you supplied at the time of booking and/or at check-in.

Safety & Conduct

You have primary responsibility for your safety, and for the safety of your guests, during your stay. You must read and/or listen to any fire or health & safety guidance provided to you. It is your responsibility to ask questions if you do not understand these instructions.

You may forfeit all monies paid and your right to stay in the property if any of the following occur:

  • Complaints from neighbours regarding conduct and/or noise
  • Evidence of unauthorized guests discovered at the property
  • Evidence of unauthorized pets discovered at the property
  • Evidence of smoking discovered at the property
  • Illegal drugs or firearms discovered in the property
  • Property is left unlocked at any time
  • Property is used for any purpose other than for personal accommodation

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests that may stay in this property is specified on the "Details" page and is dictated by municipal fire regulations. In some cases toddlers and babies under 3 years old do not count towards maximum occupancy (please inquire about your specific accommodations). Any group found to be occupying the property in excess of maximum occupancy will be asked to leave and all payments will be forfeit. 

Extra Adult Charges

Extra adult guests are welcome in this property with an additional nightly charge. Please ensure you have correctly listed the number of adult guests when submitting your reservation.  If your numbers change before arrival just let us know and we will adjust your booking price and payment accordingly. In the event that extra adult guests, above the number noted in your reservation, are discovered in the property the onsite guest services team will charge the credit card provided at check-in with the additional nightly charge.

Housekeeping

The housekeeping team will visit your property each day to replenish towels and make beds.  A light cleaning service, including linen & towel changes, is carried out mid-stay if you stay 7 days or more. Please let the on-site guest services team know if you do not wish to receive these services. A full end-of-stay clean is also included. 

Supplies & Equipment

All towels and linens are provided in the property.

Coffee pack, creamer, tea, and cleaning items for your kitchenette are supplied and will be replenished as necessary by daily housekeeping. Bathroom supplies are also supplied and replenished daily.

Pull-Out Sofa Beds

Sofa beds are designed to be folded into the couch and although they are high quality, they do not sleep as comfortably as a pillow top mattress. Adults staying for multiple nights may not be as comfortable as children on this bed.

Internet Access

Complimentary highspeed wifi is available- the current password will be provided to you when you check in.

Parking

Complimentary underground heated parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is also street parking available nearby.
