Fees Upon Arrival

• Incidental deposit: $25 pre-authorization on your credit card at check-in, released after departure provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required.
• Pet fee: $75 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights; $150 per pet for stays of 7 or more nights (maximum 2 pets, up to 80 lbs each). A pet agreement must be signed at check-in.
