• Damage deposit: A damage deposit will be processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card and released after your departure, provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required.

Important Information

• Minimum Age: The primary guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age to check in and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay. 
• Smoking: This is a non-smoking property.
• Housekeeping: A full clean is provided weekly for extended stays. Light touch services (including fresh towels, bed-making, and trash removal) are available Monday-Friday.
