Escape to our lovely 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of the North Devon countryside. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway, taking in the fresh air while on gorgeous walks or visiting nearby historical towns. After a wonderful day in the countryside, relax in the on-site sauna or go for a swim in the shared indoor pool before enjoying a delightful meal at Woodford Bridge Restaurant & Bar. The resort is also home to various wildlife including peacocks and ducks.

Sleeps 2 up to 3 people. Our condo with a private balcony or terrace features:

Devon, rich in natural beauty and character, offers a vibrant cultural scene with live music, theatre, art galleries, and museums, all waiting to be explored.

• Visit Torquay, the gateway to the English Riviera, or explore Dartmoor National Park.

• **The resort is not on one level and the incline can be quite steep in places.
• **The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme, so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our Guests.
• **The restaurant and bar will be closed until further notice.
• **The one-bedroom apartment balconies at Woodford Bridge Country Club are undergoing refurbishments and will be unavailable to guests until 31 July 2025.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Security deposit: £100 (refundable provided no damage, missing items or additional cleaning is required).

• Pool & Jacuzzi: access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi is included with your stay at no extra cost.
• If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE outdoor parking on-site! Please note that there is a maximum of 1 parking space available per apartment
• Coffee & Cakes: from 15.00 to 17.00
• Our apartment has either a balcony or patio - Please let us know if you have a preference and we will do our best to accommodate you
• Connect with friends and family using the complimentary Wi-Fi - Limited to 4 devices per apartment
• An end-of-stay cleaning is included
