Fees Upon Arrival

• Visitor Levy: A Visitor Levy of £2.00 (plus VAT) per room per night is applied and added to your final bill, effective 1 June 2025.
• A pre-authorisation will be processed on your credit card upon check-in and will be released after your departure, provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required.

Important Information

• Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.
• This is a non-smoking property.
• Light touch cleaning Monday to Friday; full clean every 7th day. Weekend service available on request with 24 hours’ notice.
• Sofa beds are designed to fold into the couch. While high quality, adults on extended stays may find a standard mattress more comfortable.
