• Damage deposit:  $100 is required for credit card payments, or $250 for cash payments (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required).

• The primary guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age to check in.
• This is a non-smoking property.
• A full clean is provided every 7 days. Daily housekeeping includes fresh towels, bed-making, and trash removal.
