Welcome to our bright 1100 sq. ft multi-level townhouse in Canmore! Here's what you'll find:
- Master Bedroom: king bed - upper level
- Guest Bedroom: double over double bunk beds - upper level
- Living Area: sofas and smart TV with cable & streaming services - main floor
- Kitchen: fully equipped. Extras- drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker & pantry essentials (salt/pepper/oil) - main floor
- Bathrooms: two ensuites with tub/shower combo in each, towels, hairdryer & toiletries. One of the units has an in-suite washer/dryer - upper level
- Outdoor Area: large balcony with BBQ grill
- Please note that this unit is located near train tracks. Although there is additional insulation, train sounds can be heard throughout the unit
LOCAL FAVOURITES
- Food & Drinks: enjoy a delicious meal at Blake Restaurant Brewhouse(3-min talk), Distillery (3-min walk), and Georgetown Pub (1-min walk) or grab a hot cup of coffee, bagel or pastry from Rocky Mountain Bagel Company (1-min walk)
- Outdoor Activities: go for a bike ride through Canmore and admire the surrounding mountains. You can also explore numerous hikes nearby, including Ha Ling Peak and Grassi Lakes
- The private entrance is located on the bottom floor, near the assigned parking space
- This is a multi-level unit with two flights of stairs and may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. Both bedrooms are located on the upper level
- This unit is located near train tracks. Although there is additional insulation, train sounds can be heard throughout the unit. We recommend earplugs for light sleepers
- Enjoy basic cable courtesy of our smart TV. A kind reminder that guests will require their own login credentials to access Netflix and other streaming services
- Complimentary outdoor parking is available, which includes one titled parking spot (parking spot number 16). Garage access is unavailable
- Any additional vehicles must be parked elsewhere (this does not include visitor parking in Basecamp). There is a complimentary parking area just down/across the road from the hospital. Unauthorized parking will be reported to us promptly so we kindly ask that you follow these regulations
- This is a non-smoking property and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony
- We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal
