Saint-Pierre-la-Mer has many hiking spots, shops, and restaurants and is a great place for your holiday! From local meals to local ingredients in the grocery stores, your meals can be as inspired as you are by this destination. Our 1 BEDROOM apartment is 37m2 and perfect for a group of travellers or a family to set up a home base for their adventurous holiday and comfortably sleeps 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6.

This 1 BEDROOM apartment has a Double bed (160x190) where you can rest at the end of a long day. There is also a Sofa bed for extra guests in the living area. Please note that bedroom linens are provided and a change is available on-site for an extra charge.

Freshen up in our BATHROOM with a shower where you can relax after a long day outside of the residence. Please note that bathroom linens are provided and a change is available on-site for an extra charge.

Curl up and get comfortable in the LIVING AREA and watch TV on the couch. Use our residence Wi-Fi to connect with friends and family back home! Or, step out onto the apartment's furnished balcony and enjoy the fresh air or an outdoor meal.  

Prepare a meal in our KITCHEN that includes a hob, a fridge, microwave and dish sets (available at the reception). Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence le Neptune, where our space is conveniently located. These include air conditioning, in-suite coffee and tea and is a short distance from shops and delicious restaurants! 

PAID parking is available at the residence for a fee and is limited to availability. FREE public parking is available near the residence.

Upon arrival, a small daily tourist tax per person and a €300 damage deposit will be collected. End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays less than 5 days. Guests staying 5 or more nights are requested to clean their units before departure or an end-of-stay cleaning can be arranged for €45. 

Properties are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one apartment to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

Visit D'Ici et D'Ailleurs for a local and intimate meal! They may be a small restaurant but they make sure that everyone feels welcome. Only 10 minutes away by car, this spot is truly special! The St Pierre la Mer market is open year-round with over 200 vendors in the summer months and a smaller local selection in the cold. Make sure to stop by for your locally sourced ingredients or gifts for friends and family back home! Explore the ancient Rouquette castle which is 15 minutes away by car for a step away from modern buildings and a wide view of the landscape.
