Built beside a lake, hidden in the middle of the forest, this charming spa town nestles in the Normandie-Maine Regional Natural Park. With an elegant casino and racecourse as well as its renovated thermal spa centre, Bagnoles-de-l’Orne makes for a relaxing break.  In the traditional “Belle Époque” style of its exterior architecture, the charming residence combines the modernity and comfort of its interiors. Our accommodation, with generous surfaces, offers a refined decoration, with materials selected to provide well-being and comfort, with shades of soft, soothing colours, inspired by the sky, vegetation, minerals and all the natural environment of the region.  With its various spaces dedicated to fun activities, the b'o cottage residence is also a real leisure complex: Aqualudic pools for adults and children, hammam, children's club, teenagers' den: whatever their age and aspirations , everyone can savor moments of renewed well-being.  Your 39m2 accommodation which can accommodate 4 people is the perfect base to experience it all.

Our apartment has 1 BEDROOM with either 1 Double Bed or 2 Twin Beds. You'll also find a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. 

Prepare for the day in our 1 BATHROOM. Equipped with a vanity unit, a walk-in shower and fluffy bathrobes, your bathroom prepares or prolongs the pleasure of bathing in the thermal spa or in the water fun pool of the resort. It is equipped with hospitality products and a hair dryer. Please find shower gel/shampoo in the dispenser and a provision of bathroom linens (1 bath towel/pers, 1 bathrobe, a small towel and bath mat).

After a day at the spa, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV or connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the evening, step out onto your private balcony or terrace.

Whip up a snack in the KITCHENETTE that features a fridge, microwave oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, a kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Rent a cleaning kit from the reception.

There are several other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at B'O Cottage Residence, where our property is conveniently located. With its various spaces dedicated to fun activities, this getaway is also a real leisure complex: Aqualudic pools for adults and children, children's club, teenagers' den: whatever their age and aspirations, everyone can savor moments of renewed well-being. Indoor water fun pool includes 1 adult pool (15 meters long and 10 meters wide) open to the outdoor solarium with counter-current swimming area, whirlpool pool, submerged massage daybeds, breaker shower, neck shower swan & standing massage, massage corridor.  There are also 2 heated children's pools including: bamboo play huts, slides, footbridge with water jets and water cannon. Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.

Take advantage of the planned entertainment for children (Mini club for children from 3 to 12 years old, free, subject to availability on arrival: open every Saturday afternoon during the season, every afternoon during school holidays in Zone B and C and open every morning and afternoons from 09/07 to 27/08. Club closed every Sunday. Teen space ‘La Tanière’ for 13 to 17 year olds with game consoles, sofa.).

Outdoor private parking is FREE.

Please note that a small daily tourist tax per person and a €250 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival. Daily cleaning during your stay is your responsibility.  Departure cleaning when you leave the apartment is included, apart from the kitchen. You must empty the garbage cans, clean and put away the household appliances as well as the dishes.
