• Places to See: visit Fort de Bertheaume, a majestic 17th-century fort built at the request of king Louis XIV. Don't miss Pointe Saint-Mathieu, a beautiful lighthouse surrounded by abbey ruins! The beautiful city of Brest is less than 30 minutes away - a must-see.

• Parking: 1 parking space in outdoor parking (1 car max)
• Pet Fee: €12/day or €65/7 days; Please notify our team upon booking (reservation required and subject to availability)

• Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning is included but guests are still expected to clean the kitchen area (more information upon booking)
• Wifi: free at the reception, €16 per accommodation 
• Beds made upon arrival: €10/bed

• Damage deposit: €300. Refunded after your departure provided there is no damage, missing items / or extra cleaning required.
