• Places to See: visit Fort de Bertheaume, a majestic 17th-century fort built at the request of King Louis XIV. Don't miss Pointe Saint-Mathieu, a beautiful lighthouse surrounded by abbey ruins! The beautiful city of Brest is less than 30 minutes away - a must-see.

• Pet Fee: €12/day or €65/7 days; Please notify our team upon booking (reservation required and subject to availability)
• Breakfast: €10/person
• Please note that the end-of-stay cleaning is included but guests are still expected to clean the kitchen area (more information upon booking)
• Wifi: free at the reception and in accommodation 
• Beds made upon arrival: €10/bed
• Bed linen is NOT included and can be rented for €16/person.
• Towels can be rented for €12/person
• A daily tourist tax will be collected per person upon arrival. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates
• Damage deposit: €300. Refunded after your departure provided there is no damage, missing items / or extra cleaning required
