• Outdoor parking: available on the driveway for a maximum of 2 cars. Please note that sleeping in RVs, tents or campers in the driveway isn't allowed.  
• Street parking: prohibited
• Pets: Dogs only; sorry, no cats. Max of 2 dogs. A pet fee of $30 per dog, per night applies and will be included in your booking total if your dog(s) are added at the time of booking. If you haven't added your pet(s) to your reservation, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist. Alternatively, you may submit an official change request through the booking platform to have the additional pet fee added to your reservation. We strongly encourage you to bring your dog bed(s) with you.
• Neighbourhood quiet hours: between 11 pm and 7 am
• Parking for vehicles is prohibited along the beach road and at the access point. However, you are welcome to park your bicycles and wagons
• Beach: please be aware there are stairs leading down to the beach
• Beach rules (Great Lakes Shores association): no glass containers or unattended gas containers on the beach. Dogs must be leashed and are allowed on the beaches only between 8 pm and 8 am (the marked dog beach is open 24/7). Please don't block the stairs or take up a whole beach, and please dispose of trash in the bins at the top of each beach.
• Feel free to use our wagon to carry your essentials to the beach
• Fireworks: not allowed
• Fires: only in the fire pit, and not during the day. Before lighting a fire, please call Sanilac Co. Dispatch, and never leave a fire unattended until it's fully out.
• Lawn care: takes place on Thursdays (Friday if it rains). We'd appreciate it if you could move personal items off the grass (you can store them on the deck or in the shed).
• Your access code and check-in details will be sent to you before you arrive.
