Welcome to our beautiful 130m²  superior villa* which features: 

• Master Bedroom: double bed, walk-in closet
• Ensuite Bathroom: shower, bathtub, toilet
• Bedrooms 2-3-4: two single beds in each**
• 2 Bathrooms: shower, separate toilet
• Living Area: comfy sofa, cable TV
• Kitchen: ceramic plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine +  washing machine, dryer
• Outdoor Area: pool, covered terrace, garden furniture, BBQ grill

• Option A:  2 master bedrooms with 1 double bed in each and two ensuite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with two single beds
• Option B: 1 master bedroom with a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and 3 bedrooms with two single beds in each

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €800 (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required)
• Tourist tax:  5% of the rental rate per night and per adult, capped at €3.64 per night. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
