• Outdoor Activities: enjoy a leisurely walk along Arcachon Beach, just a 400m walk away. Rent a bike to discover the city's charming neighbourhoods, or sail on a mesmerizing boat tour to appreciate the stunning Bay of Arcachon.  Accessible by boat, l'Île aux Oiseaux, a small island in the middle of Arcachon Bay is known for its traditional fishermen's huts on stilts and rich birdlife.
• Places to See: Explore Ville d'Hiver, a historic district known for its stunning 19th-century architecture and peaceful streets. It's a picturesque area that tells the story of Arcachon's past. Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €400 (refundable provided there is no damage, missing items or additional cleaning required).
• A small daily tourist tax will be collected upon arrival. The amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.

• Parking: included (subject to availability, upon request at the reception before or on the day of arrival)

• Pets: €7/pet/day; €39/pet/week (2 maximum per accommodation, to be paid upon booking)
