Fees Upon Arrival
- Damage deposit: €400 per accommodation (refundable provided no damage, missing items, or additional cleaning is required).
- A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival; this amount is subject to change.

Additional Options & Services
- Pets: €7/night for 5 nights; €39/night for 6 or 7 nights; prorated €39/night for 8+ nights (max 2 pets per apartment).

- Beds made upon arrival & end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen): €85 to €125.
- Bed-linen change: €9; towels: €9 per person.
- A baby chair or bed is available upon request at booking for €5/day or €15/stay.
- A baby kit (bed and chair) is available for €7/day or €25/stay; please request upon booking.
