• Summer amenities include an outdoor pool and a tennis court.

Important Notes

•  Minimum age to rent a condo and check in is 21 years of age.
• The condominiums do not have internet access/Wi-Fi or air conditioning.
• Ski-to-trail access is not guaranteed in the early/late season.
• There is no MOOver shuttle service to or from Seasons condos.
• Firewood: Free
• Pets are not permitted.
• The Sundance Express chair lift (the one adjacent to Seasons condos) typically closes for the season mid-March; traversing will be required to get to a lift when Sundance is closed, but guests can still ski home to the complex.
• In summer, Seasons condos are trailside to hiking/biking trails; separated from the Grand Summit Resort Hotel by a narrow ski trail and easily walkable.
• Tumbleweed Triple chair lift typically closes mid-late March; traversing will be required to access a lift.
• The unit is not particularly convenient to the Ski School/Children’s programs.
• Use of the Grand Summit Hotel health club, outdoor pool, and hot tubs is permitted at no additional charge.
• The SportsCenter winter hours as of late November are typically:
  • Monday-Friday 9 am-7 pm
  • Saturday 9 am-9 pm
  • Sunday 9 am-5 pm.
  • Holidays 9 am-9 pm.
  • SportsCenter hours are subject to change and determined by SportsCenter staff.
