Welcome to the 450 ft² Deluxe Queen Room, which features:

• Living space: one queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a flat screen tv with cable
• Bathroom: tub/shower combination, Essentiel Elements® Bathe toiletries by Gilchrist & Soames: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and facial cleansing bar soap.

- Boat Rentals:
  - Available from 9 AM to 4 PM daily.
  - Reservations can be made at the front desk.

Facilities:

  - Free private parking on-site.
  - No reservation needed.
  - Note: boats, RVs, and trailers are not allowed.

Important Notes:
- All units accessed via stairs; most are on the third floor with no elevator access.
- Air conditioning is not available.
- Each unit is individually owned, so decor and amenities vary.
  - Some units have a walk-in shower; others have a tub/shower combination.
  - Enjoy Essentiel Elements® Bathe toiletries by Gilchrist & Soames: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and facial cleansing bar soap.
  - Additional amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste are available in the onsite gift shop.
