• Food & Drink: Sunset Grille sits at the base of the Seven Mile Bridge, where an oceanfront deck and tiki-hut setting pair with fresh seafood and its popular boom boom shrimp. Keys Fisheries is a Marathon institution, famous for a generous Florida lobster reuben served beside the working fishing docks. For a casual bite, Burdines Waterfront is a local favorite for burgers and fried key lime pie.
• Outdoor Activities: The Turtle Hospital, located right next door to the resort, offers guided tours of its sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation center. Sombrero Beach is a favorite for its free parking, picnic tables, and fully accessible facilities, with snorkeling out at Sombrero Reef. Crane Point Hammock is a 63-acre nature center with 2.5 miles of trails, heritage houses, and a children's museum.
• Places to Visit: The Seven Mile Bridge offers a pedestrian and cycling path with sweeping water views toward Little Duck Key. Pigeon Key is a National Historic Landmark whose preserved buildings once housed the workers who built the Overseas Railway. The Dolphin Research Center, a short drive north on Grassy Key, offers dolphin encounters and hands-on conservation programs.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Incidentals deposit: $50 per night, charged to the card on file at check-in and released after departure provided there is no damage or additional cleaning required.
• Resort fee ($55 per night, which includes complimentary bike use, fitness center access, and a range of resort activities) and destination fee (1.0% of the room rate) are already included in your total price at booking — no additional charge upon arrival.
• Extra adult fee: $20 per night plus tax when traveling with more than two adults.

Important Information

• Minimum age to book: guests must be at least 21 years of age, confirmed by photo ID at check-in. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older for the full course of their stay.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Late arrivals: guests arriving after 11:00 PM should contact the resort in advance with an estimated arrival time.
• Early departures incur an additional fee of one night's room and tax.
• Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.
• Smoking: this is a 100% non-smoking property.
