Welcome to our 280 sq ft guestroom in Boothbay Harbor, ME which features:

• Bedroom: two queen beds, French doors leading to open-air deck
• Bathroom: private bath, pine-paneled, bath robes
• Living Space: flat screen television, radio/alarm, historic photography, artwork by renowned local artists, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator
• Deck: open-air deck with Adirondack or rocking chairs

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: A $100 hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in.
• Resort fee: A 15% resort fee  of nightly rate(before taxes) is due at check-in.

Facilities

• Parking: Complimentary on-site parking for all guests
• Pool: Open from 9:00 am to dusk; access included in resort fee. The oceanside pool is unheated while the forest-side pool is heated
• Fitness Center: Open 24 hours
• Spa: Open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Reservations are recommended at least two weeks in advance

Additional Options

• Pet: A maximum of two pets per room is allowed. The fee is a non-refundable $100 for one dog per stay. A second dog can stay for an additional $40. The pet fee is charged per stay
• Late check-out: Based on availability; additional fees may apply
