Fees Upon Arrival 

• Security deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 1 night stay plus tax is due at booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

• Pet Fee: A $75 per night + $150 one-time cleaning fee. Pet registration required; up to 2 dogs per residence (≤ 60 lb).
• Housekeeping: A $75 per night fee applies. 
• Club membership fee (lifetime/reissuable). This includes complimentary continental breakfast & happy hour snacks, members-only lounge, and more.
