• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. 
• Natural Setting: This is a riverfront home surrounded by nature. While professional pest control is maintained, occasional insects or wildlife may appear. Please note that during May and June, winged termites are active in the area and may occasionally appear near lights from dusk to early morning. This is a normal, temporary part of the local season, and you can rest assured that the property is regularly maintained. 
• Dock Use: The private dock is ideal for fishing, relaxing, or enjoying your morning coffee. Please supervise children around the water at all times.
