• Fees: $75 Processing Fee, $250 Pet Fee, $250 Pool Heating Fee, $1000 Security Deposit
• The 14 x 28 ft. saltwater pool will be completed in April/May 2026. There will be an outdoor living area with a wet bar, a mini fridge, and a TV.
• Pillows and blankets are provided. Guests will need to rent or pack their own flat sheets, fitted sheets, bath, beach, and pool towels.
• We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal.
