• In the summer months, please set the thermostat to 75° when departing. In the winter months, please set the thermostat to 70° when departing.
• Upon checkout, please leave the beds unmade, put the trash in the trash cans, load the dishwasher, and start it (if applicable). 
• Check for any left belongings, leave the towels in the laundry room, turn off the lights/appliances.
