Fees Upon Arrival

• Security Deposit: Incidentals are collected as a pending charge at check-in, posted as $200 at all times.
  • These funds are released upon departure, provided there are no damages, missing items, or additional cleaning required. 
  • If you present a debit card (Interac Visa or Mastercard), incidentals will be set at a minimum of $500 per booking, held at the time of check-in as a security deposit.

• Parking: Street parking is available at the Green P lot located at 45 Abell St., a half block south of the hotel.
  • Tickets are $2.00 / half hour + $14.00 for 12 hours.

Additional Options & Perks

• Best Friends Welcome Package: Please register your pet in advance. A $70 pet fee applies per stay for dogs up to 40 lbs.
  • Dogs only (no cats or other animals). Litter, food, and water are provided. 
  • We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice before check-in (before 3 PM) for any cancellations, date changes, or adjustments to your reservation.
  • Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.

Important Notes

• Housekeeping: End-of-stay cleaning is included.
• Room service is available.
• A late check-out fee applies to all late check-out requests and is subject to availability.
• Late check out - 12 PM is free, and then every hour after that is $50 until 5:00 PM late check out.
• Pet fees will be charged at the time of booking, and not collected at check-in for Leavetown guests.
• Accessibility features such as an elevator and ADA accessible rooms upon request.
