• Parking: The property has a garage (can accommodate up to 2 vehicles) and a driveway (additional 2 vehicles).
• Pets: Dogs are allowed, up to a maximum of two. A fee of $35 per dog, per night applies.
• If you plan to bring dogs, please notify us in advance and indicate the number of pets so we can adjust the invoice, inform our cleaners, and help you avoid a $100 nightly fee.
• Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. If pet hair, dog waste, stains, smells, or damage is found, a minimum $100 fee will be charged.
• Smoking: strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am.

Notes: 

• Gym equipment (treadmill, elliptical, and weights) in the workout room; and a pool table, a ping pong table, dart board in the entertainment/ game area in the basement are COMING SOON. 
• Spare blankets and pillows are stored in bedroom closets. Fresh towels are provided in each bedroom, with additional sets available in the cabinets.
• An emergency kit is located in the kitchen pantry closet for your convenience.
• The electrical board is in the utility room downstairs.
• The fireplace is operated using the control panel at the bottom of the staircase. Please ensure it’s turned off when not in use. Always operate the fireplace according to the instructions provided in the welcome PDF.
• The unit has a central heating and air conditioning system. Please return the thermostats to 65 degrees (cold season) and 68 degrees (hot season) when leaving.
• Please utilize the garage for storage of bikes, water toys, etc. Leave the driveway and yard clean of objects for neighborhood presentation and lawn care reasons.

Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $250 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in, through to check-out.
