• Please note that Sea Club IV is undergoing concrete restoration through October 15, 2025. Work takes place Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with intermittent noise. Balconies are currently inaccessible. Thank you for your understanding as we improve the resort!
• Please note that the pool at Sea Club IV will be closed for resurfacing from November 29, 2025 through December 20, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our facilities.

• Damage deposit: Guests must present an ID and credit card for a $100 incidentals hold.

• Smoking: All accommodations are non-smoking. A fine of up to $1000 may be imposed for violations.
• Guests may be required to switch condos for stays longer than one night.
• Room assignments may differ from the photos, as each unit is unique.
