LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food & Drink: Enjoy the on-site snack bar for takeaway meals and bakery items from April to mid-September. The town of Arès (2 km) offers local restaurants, bakeries, and vibrant Tuesday and Sunday morning markets. Anderros market runs on Fridays.
• Outdoor Activities: Arcachon Bay cycle paths start directly from the residence. A pine forest footpath leads to the bay swimming beach (700 m, approx. 10 min walk). The beaches of Arès are 2 km away. Water sports and kayaking are available on the basin.
• Places to Visit: Head to Bordeaux (47 km east) for world-class wine and UNESCO-listed architecture. Arcachon (38 km south) is the place for oysters and a visit to the legendary Dune du Pilat. The Prés Salés d'Arès Nature Reserve is right next door.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €250 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
