Welcome to our 1,100 sq ft cottage in Boothbay Harbor, ME which features:

• Bathrooms: 2.5 baths, private bath, bath robes

• Kitchen: kitchenette, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage Deposit: A $100 hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in and released after your departure, provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required.

Important Information

• This is a non-smoking property.
• Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet. Certain units allow pets for an additional fee, availability of pet friendly units may be limited. Guest will be required to abide the resorts responsible pet stay policies (available upon request). A maximum of two pets per room. A fee of $85 for one dog and $95 for two. Service animals are excluded. The pet fee is charged per stay.
• Housekeeping services rooms daily unless a "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed. Service cut-off is at 4 PM. For additional toiletries or towels, please call the front desk.
• Each unit is individually decorated; layout, décor, furniture, and views may vary.

Facilities On-Site

• Parking: Complimentary on-site parking for all guests.
• Pools: Open from 9:00 am to dusk. The oceanside pool is unheated while the forest-side pool is heated.
• Fitness Center: Open 24 hours.
• Spa: Open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Reservations are recommended at least two weeks in advance.
