Just a short drive down Kingsbury Grade, Mott Canyon Tavern & Grill (4.2 mi) has been a beloved local hangout since 1997, known for hearty burgers, pizza, and a relaxed après-ski atmosphere. For an elevated evening, Evan's American Gourmet Cafe in South Lake Tahoe (11.3 mi) is Tahoe's premier fine dining destination, open since 1988.
• Outdoor Activities: Hit the slopes at Heavenly Mountain Resort via the complimentary resort shuttle. In summer, head to Zephyr Cove Resort (8 mi) for kayaking, paddleboarding, and parasailing on Lake Tahoe. Emerald Bay State Park (17 mi) offers iconic waterfall hikes and stunning views of the lake's most photographed shoreline.

• Please note that the Skier Express is currently not operational. Guests will instead enjoy complimentary shuttle service to Heavenly Mountain for convenient access to the slopes.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Resort Fee: A nightly resort fee of $39 USD includes Wi-Fi, self-parking, fitness center access, pools, sauna, hot tubs, mini golf, fire pits, and barbecue grills. This is charged on-site.
• Damage Deposit: A fully-refundable $115 damage deposit will be collected upon check-in and released after departure.

• Non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
• No pets allowed; service animals are permitted with prior notice to the resort team.
• Minimum check-in age: 21 years. Photo ID required at check-in.
• Cribs can be requested, subject to availability.
