Fees Upon Arrival

• A $100 USD incidental hold will be charged to your credit or debit card at check-in and released at checkout provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required.
• For reservations of 28 nights or more, a deposit of $1,000 is required.

• Minimum guest age: 25 years. The primary guest must be at least 25 and must reside in the unit for the full duration of the stay.
