Fees Upon Arrival

  • Damage Deposit: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including dirty dishes, carpet/floor stains, interior wall damage, and appliance repairs arising from improper use, will be charged. A minimum $100.00 charge will be billed to the credit card on file, increasing based on damage.

Important Info

  • No Phones in Rooms: Calls can be made at the front desk during office hours. Messages for guests will be taken at the front desk and delivered when possible.
  • Noise & Guest Policy: Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced). Guests are allowed until 11:00 PM — after that, only registered guests are permitted. Noise fines: $300 for excessive disturbances.
  • Non-Smoking Policy: All rooms and balconies are non-smoking. Cannabis use is prohibited ($300 fine if violated). Designated smoking areas are available.

Facilities On-Site

  • Parking: Each unit has one designated parking spot. Extra guest parking is available beside the Front Lodge and requires a parking pass once registered at the front desk. Oversized vehicles, trailers, and RVs must park in a designated area.
  • BBQ Facilities: Guest BBQ available by reservation only. No personal BBQs, campfires, stoves, or fryers allowed.
  • Housekeeping: Daily service from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM. If the "Privacy Please" sign is on the door, housekeeping will not service your room. Fresh towels, light cleaning, coffee, granola bars, and oatmeal provided daily. Bed linens changed every 3rd day.
