• Damage deposit: A refundable security deposit of €400 per apartment is required upon check-in and returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning required, or missing items.
• Tourist tax: A small daily tourist tax per person per night will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
