• Minimum check-in age: 21 years; valid photo ID and credit card required at check-in
• Pets welcome (cats not permitted). A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies for stays up to 6 nights; $150 for stays of 7 nights or more. Maximum 2 pets per stay.
• Security cameras are installed in public and common areas — including the lobby, entrances/exits, hallways, elevators, and parking areas — to help ensure guest safety. Cameras are not placed inside guest rooms or private spaces.
