Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: A damage deposit will be processed as a pre-authorization on your credit card and will be released after your departure, provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required.

Important Information

• Minimum Age: The primary guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age to check in and must occupy the suite for the duration of the stay. 
• Smoking: This is a non-smoking property.
• Housekeeping: Light touch daily service is available upon request, and weekly full clean is provided.

Additional Options & Services

• Pet Policy: A non-refundable pet fee of $75.00 per pet applies for stays of 1 to 6 nights, or $150.00 per pet for stays of 7 nights or more. Each pet must weigh less than 80 lbs, a signed pet agreement is required at check-in, and a record of complete, up-to-date vaccinations must be provided.
