• Incidentals Deposit: A $40 authorization for incidentals is required upon check-in for stays checking in Sunday through Thursday. For stays checking in Friday or Saturday, the authorization amount is $100.

• Pet Policy: A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies for stays of 1 to 6 nights, and $150 for stays of 7 nights or more. A pet agreement must be signed at check-in, and a record of complete and up-to-date vaccinations is required.
