• Incidentals deposit: A refundable pre-authorization of $150 per stay will be placed on your credit card at check-in and released after departure, provided there is no damage, missing items, or excess cleaning required.

• Pets: Pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $175 per room, per stay. Maximum 2 pets per room, each weighing less than 75 lbs. A pet addendum must be signed at check-in and a record of vaccinations is required.
