LOCAL FAVOURITES

• Food & Drink: A large supermarket is 2 minutes away on foot. Colourful local markets and traditional seafood restaurants fill the town centre, about 900 m from the resort. In July and August, a food truck serving pizzas and paella opens on-site.
• Outdoor Activities: The Blue Flag seafront beach stretches 13 km and is a 15-minute walk from the resort. The wilder Montilles and Vielle Nouvelle beaches offer quieter spots for swimming and sunbathing. Water sports and cycling trails are available along the Occitanie coastline.
• Places to Visit: Narbonne is 19 km away, worth a day trip for its Roman canal, Gothic cathedral, and lively covered market. The Parc Naturel Régional de la Narbonnaise en Méditerranée offers lagoon walks and birdwatching nearby. The Spanish border is only a short drive further south.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €250 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.
