Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: A pre-authorisation of £50 per stay will be processed on your credit card at check-in and released after departure, provided there is no damage, missing items, or additional cleaning required.
• Parking: £13/night (1–2 nights), £9/night (3–6 nights), or £35/week (7+ nights). On-site covered parking on a first come, first served basis; 2.2 m height restriction applies. EV charging available at additional cost.
• Pet fee: £15 per night. Pets must be declared in advance — please contact the property directly to arrange a pet-friendly room. Size and weight restrictions apply.
