• Food & Drink: Le Banc de Sable, just along the same road, serves organic, surf-camp-style meals; the town centre of Longeville-sur-Mer (about 3 km) has bakeries, restaurants and a weekly market.
• Outdoor Activities: The Conches beach is a short walk through the pine forest (approx. 700m, 10-minute walk), with the Bud Bud surf spot right alongside. Cycling and walking trails run through the coastal forest, and the Marais Poitevin wetlands nearby are popular for canoeing.
• Places to Visit: La Tranche-sur-Mer (approx. 7 km) and Longeville-sur-Mer town centre (approx. 6 km) both offer shops and seafront promenades; the wider Vendee coastline has Blue Flag beaches all along the Cote de Lumiere.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €250 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.
