Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €250 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.

• Parking: covered indoor parking, one space per accommodation (subject to availability).
• Heated indoor pool with integrated whirlpool area: open daily except Saturday, from mid-December (winter season).

• Pets allowed on leash: €11/night, €49/week, €98 for 3–4 weeks (max 1 animal per accommodation). Rabies vaccination certificate required. Pit bulls and second-category dogs not permitted.
