• Damage deposit: $110 per day, up to a maximum of $710 (refundable provided there is no damage, no items missing, or extra cleaning required).

• Yacht Harbor Village, Cinnamon Beach, and Homes vacation rentals do not include daily housekeeping. A one-time departure cleaning fee ($200–$850 based on unit size) is included in the total price shown at checkout.
• Pets are welcome at this property (2 cats or dogs max, combined weight limit of 50 lbs). $350 per pet per stay. $500 per pet damage deposit at front desk.
