Fees Upon Arrival

• Resort Fee: A $34 per night resort fee is already included in your stay, covering the outdoor pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room, game room, self-parking for one vehicle, internet, and a shuttle to and from downtown Park City.
• Incidental deposit: A 20% authorization hold is placed on your credit card at check-in and released at check-out, provided there is no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required.

Important Information

• Guests must be 21 or older to check in.
• Pets: Pet-friendly. Up to two dogs are welcome for a fee of $150 per stay; service animals are accommodated at no charge. Please notify us before arrival if you are bringing a pet.
