LOCAL FAVORITES

• Food & Drink: Shops sit right at the foot of the residence, so daily provisions are a lift ride away rather than a drive. Every apartment is self-catering with a fully equipped kitchenette, which makes stocking up on regional cheese, charcuterie and bread the easiest supper plan of the week. The partner has not supplied a directory of named restaurants or bars, so none are listed here.
• Outdoor Activities: The ski area climbs to more than 2,400 metres and offers over 50 varied, well-groomed pistes served by high-performance lifts, suiting confident skiers and beginners alike. Away from the pistes there is snowshoeing and dog sledding in winter. In summer the same pistes become a green playground for hiking, mountain biking, paragliding and trail running.
• Places to Visit: The Balnea thermal baths at Loudenvielle are the classic after-ski stop, with outdoor pools looking straight up at the peaks. Lake Genos-Loudenvielle is the gentler option, a favourite with families in summer. The residence sits between the Louron and Larboust valleys, both worth a slow drive for the views alone.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €250 per accommodation is required, payable by credit card pre-authorization (or exceptionally in cash against a receipt). It is returned after departure, minus any deductions for damage or breakages.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.
