A sofa bed in the living room and a twin bedroom sleep four, and the balcony comes with deck chairs for slow afternoons watching the mountains. The equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave, so families and couples can cook in and keep the ski days long.

LOCAL FAVORITES

• Food & Drink: The shops and the centre of the station are about 100 m from the door, and the heart of it is kept for pedestrians, so an evening out means a walk rather than a drive. Restaurants and a pub sit in that immediate cluster, alongside a cinema, a bowling alley and an ice rink for the hours after the lifts close. With an equipped kitchen and a dishwasher in the apartment, most groups mix eating out with cooking in.
• Outdoor Activities: The domain runs to 135 km of pistes across 700 hectares, rising from 1350 m to 2750 m, and more than 130 snow cannons cover 80 per cent of it. The ten-seat Melezet gondola stands at the foot of the building, next to the snow garden, and there is a toboggan area kept for children plus a four-season luge run. Thursday brings night skiing.
• Places to Visit: The station is linked with neighbouring Valfrejus, and the Eskimo pass adds a day in each of Aussois, Val Cenis, Bessans and Bonneval, for 300 km of pistes in total. Reaching them is straightforward, since the valley is served by the autoroute de la Maurienne and a shuttle runs in the station. The station is a partner of the Gulli children's channel, which shapes much of what is laid on for families.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €250 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.

• Pets: accepted on a leash, subject to an extra charge payable on site: €9/night for stays up to 4 nights (€7 in summer), €7/night from 5 nights (€5 in summer). Rabies vaccination certificate required; only 1 pet per accommodation. First- and second-category dogs (pit bull, guard/defence dogs) are not permitted.
• End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen/towels: included.
• Baby equipment rental (bed, chair and/or bath), left in the accommodation: €15/stay. Must be reserved at the same time as the accommodation, subject to availability. No extra mattress is provided for cots, per manufacturer safety guidance.
• WiFi: free at reception (limited to 30 minutes per day); paid in-apartment WiFi available via our supplier (from €6/day up to €40 for 2 weeks, family offer).
• Shuttle in the station and night skiing on Thursdays
