• Food & Drink: The residence has its own parade of on-site shops just steps from the door, including a sports shop, bakery, mini-market and restaurants. A dedicated regional products shop stocks Savoie specialties such as beaufort and tomme cheeses, cured meats and local honey. A newsagent on site also covers daily essentials and reading material without a trip into the village.
• Outdoor Activities: The Mollaret chairlift sits just 100 metres from the residence, putting ski-in, ski-out access to the wider Valmorel-Saint-François-Longchamp ski area within an easy walk. On clear days, the panorama stretches to Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles d'Arves, and the Étendard glacier. In summer, the same lift network opens up for hiking and mountain biking across the Maurienne valley.
• Places to Visit: The resort village keeps its tourist office, shops and eateries within strolling distance of the door, with a Saturday luggage drop-off service at the tourist office. The linked resort village of Valmorel is worth exploring for its own shops and mountain restaurants. The Col de la Madeleine, one of the Tour de France's classic mountain passes, is a scenic drive away once the road reopens for summer.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €250 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.

Facilities On-Site

• Parking: covered parking, one space per accommodation, €65/week paid on site (free in summer, subject to availability); free outdoor parking otherwise.
• Indoor heated pool (5m x 10m, depth 0.80m to 1.50m), free access during opening hours, reserved for residents of Les 4 Vallées.

Additional Options & Services

• Pets: €9/night for stays up to 4 nights (€7 in summer), €7/night from 5 nights (€5 in summer), 1 animal per accommodation. Rabies vaccination certificate required. First- and second-category attack dogs (pit bulls, guard/defence dogs) are banned.
• In-unit WiFi: €6/day, €12/3 days, €20/week, €30/2 weeks; family offer €30/week (3 devices) or €40/2 weeks. Reception WiFi is free during opening hours (limited to 30 minutes per day per adult).
• Sauna: €14 for a 20-minute solo session, €21 for a 20-minute duo session, €11.50 per additional person (max 6 people; access restricted to guests aged 16+ or accompanied by an adult).
• Laundry: €6/wash, paid on site.
• Baby equipment rental (cot, chair and/or bath) left in the accommodation: €15/stay, subject to availability.
