• Food & Drink: The centre of Val Claret is steps away and home to several restaurants, crêperies, and mountain bars. La Ferme de Tignes (approx. 1 km) is a local favourite for Savoyard cuisine — think tartiflette and fondue after a day on the trails.
• Outdoor Activities: In summer, Tignes is an outdoor playground. The Tignes lake offers canoeing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and swimming. The MyTignes card unlocks activities including mountain biking, zip-lining, and archery at no extra charge. The Parc National de la Vanoise offers superb hiking trails directly accessible from the resort.
• Places to Visit: The Grande Motte glacier (funicular access directly opposite the residence) is a highlight. Val d'Isère (approx. 18 km) is a neighbouring resort worth exploring, while the Espace Killy ski area connects the two resorts. The town of Bourg-Saint-Maurice (approx. 30 km) offers a charming market and easy train connections.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €650 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.
