LOCAL FAVORITES

• Food & Drink: The partner restaurant Chez Boris sits about 250 m away in a neighbouring building and is a reliable stop for a hearty mountain meal or a post-ski drink. For self-catering, the Carrefour Montagne supermarket in the resort centre is a short walk up the main road, and you can order bakery items and breakfast through reception. A cluster of further shops and eateries lies around 500 m away in the heart of La Mongie.
• Outdoor Activities: You are at the gateway to the Grand Tourmalet area, the largest linked ski domain in the French Pyrenees, with the pistes a short walk or free winter shuttle ride away. In summer the legendary Col du Tourmalet draws cyclists and hikers, while the Reserve naturelle de Neouvielle and the Parc national des Pyrenees offer lakes, trails and wildlife within easy reach. Thrill-seekers can add via ferrata, canyoning or paragliding, all arranged at reception.
• Places to Visit: The Pic du Midi de Bigorre Observatory rises directly above the resort, reached by cable car for panoramic views and stargazing, with tickets available at reception. The spa town of Bagneres-de-Bigorre and its Aquensis thermal centre are about 25 km away, and the pilgrimage town of Lourdes is roughly 50 km from the residence. Both make easy day trips when you want a change from the mountains.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €300 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.

Facilities On-Site

• Parking: a covered garage is available as a paid service on prior reservation and subject to availability (maximum vehicle height 2 m); the vehicle registration plate is requested. One parking space is reserved for guests with reduced mobility.
• End-of-stay cleaning is included for short stays booked under the Escapade formula (kitchenette, dishes and bins excluded); a cleanliness check is carried out before the security deposit is returned.
• Heated indoor swimming pool with free access, open daily except Sunday (please bring a €1 coin for the lockers).
• Fitness room open daily, for guests aged 16 and over.
• One ski locker per apartment in a closed room in each building, plus summer bicycle storage within the complex.
• Free winter shuttle stopping about 120 m away, running to the resort centre and ski lifts.

• Pets: €7 per day, €45 per week, €70 for 2 weeks, €100 for 3 weeks, €120 for 4 weeks.
