• Outdoor Activities: The area around Allevard has 240 km of marked hiking trails, a lake and mountain activities, with the Belledonne massif as a backdrop. In winter, the ski areas of Le Collet and Le Pleynet-Les 7 Laux are nearby, and the Barioz Nordic area suits cross-country skiers. Several paragliding schools in the surrounding mountains offer tandem flights and beginner lessons.

Fees Upon Arrival

• A refundable security deposit of €250 per accommodation is required for stays of three nights or more and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning, or missing items.
• A refundable cleaning deposit of €55 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided the apartment is left in good order.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.
