Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the mountains when you book a stay in our authentic 46-49m2 apartment in the Champsaur Valley, in the midst of the breathtaking Hautes-Alpes! Ideally located at the foot of the pistes, our cozy space is the perfect destination, offering you convenient access to over 100km of incredible skiing. Enjoying both the sunny atmosphere of the Southern French Alps and the cascading snowfalls from the Écrins mountain range, this is the premier destination for an exciting and stunning ski vacation. In the summer, take advantage of the gorgeous hiking trails to discover the breathtaking scenery. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6!

Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS with a comfortable Double bed in one bedroom and 2 Single beds in the other bedroom. There's a Trundle bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Please note that bedroom linens are not provided in the summer but are available to rent on-site for €13/kit - Included in the winter!

Get ready in the 1 BATHROOM with a separate WC. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided, but can be rented on-site for €9/person. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the on-site laundry machines (available for an additional fee).

After skiing, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up and watch your favourite show on the TV, available for an additional charge, or relax on the couch and read your favourite book. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the Wi-Fi, available for an additional charge. In the evening, enjoy some fresh air and a glass of wine on the private balcony.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Enjoy all your meals at the separate dining table.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to love when you stay at Résidence Les Terrasses de la Bergerie where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the shared indoor pool, the sauna (available for €10/session/person), the ski lockers, and the guided hikes (from July to August)! If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with indoor parking available for €25/week.

A fully-refundable damage deposit of €300/apartment and a small daily tourist tax and eco-tax between €0.50 and €3 per person will be collected upon arrival. End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) included! Please let us know upon reservation if you would like to bring a pet along with you and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional fee of €60/stay or €12/night for stays under 7 nights.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious meal at L'Establou! Pick up some groceries at Relais des Cîmes, only a 2-minutes walk away. Drop your kids off at the ESF, right across the road! For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder. Upon booking with us, we will provide you with an exclusive Promo Code that will give you a great discount on ski rentals when you book in advance!
